Sitefinity CMS is primarily a self-hosted (or Sitefinity Cloud-hosted) .NET CMS where request-rate behavior depends on customer infrastructure rather than a vendor-imposed cap. Progress does not publish a public rate-limits document for the Sitefinity Web Services API.
